3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as necessary. One person may not maintain multiple free accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use TarkFlo only for its intended purpose of interview practice and preparation. You may not use the service to generate harmful content, abuse the AI system, or attempt to extract proprietary information about our technology.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, and branding associated with TarkFlo are owned by us. Your interview responses and uploaded documents remain your property. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Limitations
TarkFlo is a practice tool and does not guarantee interview success or employment outcomes. AI-generated feedback is advisory and should not be considered professional career counselling. We are not liable for decisions made based on our feedback.
7. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
